Summary: ALBA is a very good located villa although it is a dated house with some overdue maintenance. After our comment last year actually nothing has changed, loose floortiles. Some doors of the kitchen cabinets were were loose which I repaired with only my crewdriver…. But all in all a pleasant villa which needs some attention Being the agent for the owners jump in a few days yourself what you miss or what should be looked after.
